What is a pet subscription box?
A pet subscription box is a monthly delivery of pet treats, toys, and other pet-related products tailored to your pet's size, age, and preferences.
How does the subscription work?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a box every month filled with a variety of high-quality products for your cat or dog. You can choose a subscription plan that fits your needs and budget.
What types of products are included in the box?
Each box includes a mix of treats, toys, grooming products, and accessories. All products are carefully selected to ensure they are safe and enjoyable for your pet.
Are the products safe for my pet?
Yes, all products included in our boxes are thoroughly tested for safety and quality. We only partner with reputable brands to ensure your pet's safety and satisfaction.
What subscription plans are available?
We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. You can choose the plan that best suits your needs and budget.
Can I customise my box?
Yes, when you sign up, you'll fill out a profile for your cat or dog, which includes preferences and any dietary restrictions. We use this information to customise your box.
Is there a commitment?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll receive boxes until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly, half yearly or annually depending on the subscription plan you selected).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is £2.99 within the UK. We currently do not ship outside the UK.
When will I be billed?
Your first bill will be charged on the day you checkout and your first Paws Box will be dispatched within 72 hours. There after your billing cycle will be on the 3rd of each month to allow us to deliver your Paws Box around the 12th of each month.
When will I receive my box?
Your first box will be dispatched within 3 business days. Thereafter, boxes are shipped out in the second week of each month. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Cancellations can only be applied at the end of your subscription cycle.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team for a replacement.
What if I’m not satisfied?
Oh no! That's not good. If you are not satisfied with your box, please contact our customer service team, we'll see what we can do to put things right for you.
